Motorsport is often described as a community, but sometimes it takes moments in real life to remind us what that word truly means.

At Pitlane News, we have always believed in something very simple - "ALL for one and ONE for all". Over the years that idea has grown into something far bigger than a media platform. It has become a family.

Today that family stands together.

Our Editor-in-Chief, Chadd Randall, has been part of the heart and soul of Pitlane News, helping guide a global team of more than twenty photographers and contributors across the United States, Europe, the United Kingdom and the UAE. Together we tell the stories of motorsport through the lenses of some of the most passionate people in the industry.

But today the story is not about racing.

It is about Chadd’s daughter, Kylie.

A few years ago Kylie faced an unimaginable challenge, losing an arm after a serious illness. It was a moment that showed extraordinary courage and resilience from a young girl and a family determined to keep moving forward.

Now the Randall family is facing another battle. Kylie has been diagnosed with leukemia.

Cancer is a word that stops everything. It changes priorities instantly and reminds us that the most important battles in life are not fought on racetracks.

They are fought in hospital rooms, surrounded by family, hope and determination.

At Pitlane News we believe family comes first. Always.

Our photographers, writers and supporters across the world are standing together behind Chadd and his family during this incredibly difficult time. Motorsport has always been about teamwork, trust and supporting each other through the toughest moments. Those same values extend far beyond the pit lane.

Pitlane News founder Matthew Jordan said the community was built on the idea that motorsport is more than competition - it is people standing together when it matters most.

"Pitlane News has always been about family," Matthew said. "We may be photographers, journalists and motorsport people spread across different countries, but when something like this happens we stand together. Chadd has given so much to this community, and now it is our turn to stand beside him and Kylie in this fight."

A GoFundMe campaign has been launched to help support the Randall family as they face the medical costs and challenges ahead. Every contribution, no matter how small, helps give Kylie the support she needs in her fight against leukemia.

Motorsport people understand resilience. We understand what it means to keep pushing when things get tough.

Now it is our turn to show that strength together.

Pitlane News is more than a media platform. It is a family. And when one member of the family faces a battle like this, we stand together.

Message from the WHOLE team.

"Members of the Pitlane News team from across Europe, the United States, the United Kingdom and beyond have shared messages of support for Chad, Kylie and the entire Randall family, describing the diagnosis as something no family is ever prepared for. Several photographers spoke about the deep impact cancer has on families, especially when a young person is facing the fight, and expressed their hope and strength for Kylie as she begins her battle against leukemia. Many within the team have experienced the effects of cancer in their own families and understand just how difficult this journey can be. Across the Pitlane News community the message is clear - Chad and his family are not facing this alone. The Pitlane News family stands beside them, ready to offer support, strength and hope in any way possible, because family always comes first.

All for one. One for all. ##ALL41&14ALL

If you are able to support the Randall family, please consider contributing to the GoFundMe campaign and sharing the message across the motorsport community.

Because sometimes the most important victory is simply helping someone get through the fight.
