Niklas Husmann’s journey behind the lens began where many great motorsport stories do — trackside at the Nürburgring, standing next to his father, holding an old camera and discovering the magic of racing through a viewfinder.
What started as childhood curiosity has grown into a rapidly evolving photography career, culminating in a standout 2025 season. Over the course of the year, Niklas attended 30 events across 10 different circuits, alongside several rally venues — his busiest and most successful year to date. It was also a defining period for technical growth, with major strides made in both photography and post-production.

The year began on a high with Niklas securing his first-ever accreditation at the opening round of the NLS. Momentum followed quickly with a spontaneous trip to Barcelona for the opening round of ELMS, setting the tone for an ambitious and relentless schedule. From there, he continued to build experience at major international events including the 24H Series and GT Open, with frequent appearances at Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps.
Beyond Europe, 2025 also saw Niklas expand his horizons with visits to new circuits such as Autodrom Most and the legendary Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

His portfolio now spans everything from grassroots motocross and rallying to world-class endurance racing — a breadth of experience that continues to shape his eye for storytelling and decisive moments.
Through new friendships and professional connections within the photography community, Niklas refined his understanding of what truly matters when capturing a race weekend — emotion, atmosphere, detail, and narrative, not just speed.
Later in the season, he joined Pitlane News as part of the press team, marking another key milestone. This collaboration led to his first published article, covering the Berkelland Rally — a fitting way to close a breakthrough year.
With confidence, momentum, and clear creative direction, Niklas heads into the 2026 season highly motivated and ready to push further.
