Maserati MSG Racing driver Maximilian Günther converted a second consecutive Julius Bär Pole Position into the race win in Jakarta, returning Maserati to the top step of the podium in single-seater motorsport for the first time since 1957.

Wehrlein led home Jake Dennis (Avalanche Andretti Formula E Team), who reacted strongly after the race claiming the Porsche driver made a “ridiculous” manoeuvre forcing Dennis to take evasive action.

Lewis Hamilton’s outfit X44 Vida Carbon Racing maintained their top Qualifying form to take the win in Round 3 at their home event, the Hydro X Prix, in Scotland. The victory marks Fraser McConnell's first win in Extreme E and the Season 2 champions' first win of the 2023 campaign.

30 March 2023, London: Extreme E, the sport for purpose electric off-road rallying series, has today confirmed that the former Glenmuckloch opencast coal mine site in Dumfries and Galloway, Scotland, will host its next race event, the Hydro X Prix, on 13-14 May 2023.
